.NET & ANGULAR SOFTWARE HOUSE — EST. 2015

Custom .NET & Angular software for businesses that can't afford to get it wrong.

DevTeam designs and builds enterprise web applications, ERP systems, dashboards and mobile apps on ASP.NET Core, Angular and Flutter — for companies that need software built to run their operations, not a template stitched together in a weekend. Fourteen people. No junior work outsourced. No shortcuts on the parts that matter.

BUILT ON
ASP.NET CoreAngularFlutterAzureSQL Server

We're a software house built around one stack, done properly: ASP.NET Core on the backend, Angular on the web, Flutter on mobile — so every system we ship is fast, maintainable, and still easy to extend three years in.

We specialize in scalable business applications — ERP systems, HR and management platforms, dashboards and enterprise software that a growing company can actually run its operations on. No page-builder shortcuts, no bolted-on plugins standing in for real architecture.

We're a deliberately small studio of senior engineers and designers — no bench of juniors learning on your invoice. Every engagement is led end-to-end by the same architect who scoped it, through the same team that ships it, tests it on C# and Entity Framework Core, and hands off the runbooks.

WHAT WE BUILD

Nine services, one team, no handoffs.

We don't sub the hard parts to a different vendor. The same studio scopes, designs, builds and operates.

01

Enterprise Web Applications

Line-of-business web platforms built on ASP.NET Core and Angular — modeled around your real workflows, not a generic admin theme.

HR & Management Systems

Employee records, payroll, leave and performance workflows built for the people who run HR day to day, not just the people who bought the software.

WHY WE'RE DIFFERENT

Three things we do that most studios skip.

→ 01

We ship with a threat model, not just a demo

Every build includes a written threat model and access-control matrix before a line of production code is merged — not retrofitted before an audit.

→ 02

The architect who scopes it, builds it

No sales-engineer bait-and-switch. The senior person in your kickoff call is the one reviewing pull requests in month six.

→ 03

We hand off a system your team can run

Runbooks, on-call playbooks, and a knowledge transfer plan are contract deliverables, not an afterthought slide in the final deck.

MEET THE TEAM

The engineers on your kickoff call are the ones shipping your code.

A small, senior team — not a rotating bench. Every project is led end-to-end by people you can look up.

Private University Network · Enterprise ERP

A full university management platform, from admissions to graduation to payroll

What it is

An enterprise-grade ERP that runs the full academic and administrative life of a multi-campus university — replacing eleven disconnected spreadsheets and legacy tools with one governed system of record.

Who uses it

Admissions officers, faculty, department heads, registrars, HR and finance staff, librarians, and students and parents through a self-service portal — each with their own role-scoped view.

Business purpose

Give university leadership one accurate, real-time picture of the institution — enrollment, academic performance, staffing cost and finances — instead of reconciling five systems before every board meeting.

Logistics Operator · Heavy Transportation Platform

Uber-style dispatch, engineered for heavy freight instead of passenger rides

What it is

A three-sided platform — driver app, customer app, and admin dashboard — that matches heavy transportation and freight orders to fleet vehicles in real time, built for cargo logistics rather than ride-hailing.

Who uses it

Independent fleet drivers, business customers booking freight, dispatchers managing live orders, and operations leadership monitoring fleet utilization and revenue.

Business purpose

Replace phone-and-spreadsheet dispatch with live GPS matching and transparent pricing, so the operator can scale order volume without scaling headcount at the same rate.

INDUSTRIES WE SERVE

We specialize by constraint, not by trend.

Every industry below shares the same requirement: the system has to be right, auditable, and still running in ten years.

Government & Public Sector

Case management, benefits delivery, and citizen-facing services built to procurement and accessibility standards.

Healthcare

Clinical workflows, referral networks, and interoperability across EHR systems under HIPAA constraints.

Financial Services

Underwriting, ledgers, and reconciliation systems where every number has to trace back to its source.

Logistics & Supply Chain

Fleet, freight and inventory systems that stay accurate under real-time, high-volume operational load.

Energy & Infrastructure

Monitoring and asset-management platforms for grid, water and transit operators with uptime SLAs.

Manufacturing

Plant floor systems, quality tracking and supply visibility for operations that can't tolerate blind spots.

HOW WE WORK

A six-stage process, run the same way every time.

The stages are sequential by necessity — each produces the artifact the next one depends on.

STAGE 01 — 2 WEEKS

Discover

We interview the people who'll actually use the system, map the current failure points, and define what "done" measurably looks like before any design starts.

STAGE 02 — 2–3 WEEKS

Architect

Data model, system boundaries, and threat model are drafted and reviewed with your technical stakeholders before a single screen is designed.

STAGE 03 — 6–14 WEEKS

Build

Weekly demos against working software, not slides. You see the real system grow from week one, in an environment you can log into.

STAGE 04 — 2 WEEKS

Harden

Load testing, penetration testing, and accessibility audits — findings are fixed before launch, not filed as follow-up tickets.

STAGE 05 — 1 WEEK

Launch

Phased rollout with a rollback plan defined in advance, and the original build team on-call for the first two weeks live.

STAGE 06 — ONGOING

Operate

Runbooks and a recorded knowledge transfer are standard deliverables. Ongoing support is optional — the system is built to be yours to run.

ENGINEERING PRINCIPLES

What "production-ready" actually means here.

Security

Threat-modeled from day one. Least-privilege access, encrypted at rest and in transit, and independent penetration testing before every major release.

Scalability

Systems are load-tested to 5x projected peak before launch, with horizontal scaling built in rather than bolted on when traffic arrives.

Performance

Sub-200ms P95 response times are a contract line item, not an aspiration — measured continuously in production, not just at launch.

Reliability

Every service ships with health checks, alerting and a written incident-response runbook — not just uptime hoped for after launch.

TECHNOLOGY

Boring on purpose.

We pick the technology with the longest track record that fits the problem — not the newest one, unless the newest one is genuinely better.

FAQ

Questions worth answering upfront.

Most engagements run three to nine months with a fixed senior team of three to six people. We turn down projects under roughly $150K in scope — below that, a smaller shop will serve you better than our model can.

Regularly, and we prefer it. We embed alongside your engineers, pair on the hardest parts, and structure the contract so knowledge transfer is measurable, not a vague promise at the end.

Compliance requirements are captured during Discover and built into the architecture from the start, not bolted on before an audit. We've taken clients through HIPAA, SOC 2 Type II and FedRAMP-aligned reviews without a scramble.

You get full runbooks, architecture documentation and a recorded handoff session. Ongoing support is available but never required — every system is built so your own team can run it independently.

Yes — it's roughly a third of our work. We start with a two-week technical audit before quoting a rescue, so you know exactly what you're inheriting before we commit to a timeline.

We take on a small number of engagements at a time. A 30-minute call is the fastest way to find out if we're the right fit.
